Key Components

Rack

  • Function: Core component of the jacking mechanism
  • Material: High –Strength, thick steel plate of up to 254mm.
  • Features:

  • Precision cutting for gear profile accuracy
  • High dimensional stability and surface integrity
  • Engineered to withstand heavy cyclic loads

Semi-Chord

  • Function: Structural element of the jack-up leg
  • Processing: Hot forming, quenching and tempering (Q+T)
  • Certifications: ABS, DNV, BV, CCS
  • Use: Custom-shaped leg segments supporting high vertical loads

Main Chord

  • Function: Primary support structure for jack-up legs
  • Material: High-strength steel
  • Welding: Fully automated Submerged Arc Welding (SAW)
  • Capabilities:
  • In-house production of entire supply chain
  • Annual output: 5 shipsets of main chords with 250mm-thick racks
  • Customized main chord extension up to over 20m.
